has studied jewelry art at HDK-School of Design and Crafts in Gothenburg
and Hiko Mizuno College of Jewellery in Tokyo. 2011 she had her Masterdegree
from HDK. She has already exhibited in several national and international
exhibitions and got grants as for example a working grant from the Art
Grant Committee Sweden 2013. Since
2010 she runs FOUR, gallery and studio in Gothenburg, together with
three other jewellery artists.
a background as a painter I use paper or the blank metal sheet as a
starting point for my jewellery. This foldable material urge for attention
and I love its possibilities. Inspired by brittle lichens and seaside
barnacles my jewellery becomes a man made growth that dresses the body.
These ornaments with their fragile sharpness bring a need to adapt to
what you are wearing and by that enhance the importance of attendance
in the present."
